With a background working venue side, in house and contract roles in pharmaceutical, IT, engineering, research, and incentive industries there isn't much we haven't successfully turned our hand to!

Events can be stressful. There are an extraordinary number of moving parts, and organising the people involved, both prior to and during the event, can feel like herding cats. In all the years I worked alongside Amy at AVEVA, I never stopped being amazed by her organisational abilities, her diligence, her attention to detail, her forward planning, her powers of persuasion, but - most of all - her calmness. Amy is a truly exceptional Event Production Manager. She takes so much 'in her stride', you'd think she'd have to be twelve feet tall. Nothing seems to ever faze her. I presume it must be that with her many years of excelling at events management, she has seen everything, overcome everything and continued on, probably without anyone realising there was even an issue. Most presenters are a tightly wound bundle of stress and ego, but Amy an incredible ability to defuse difficult situations and spread calm, confidence and coordination. She makes pragmatic budgetary decisions, always making sure that the significant impact you seek is not also impacting your budget too heavily, and she is politely efficient and effective at managing press teams both before the event and on-site. As a last-minute stand-in speaker at one global event she was organising, I had to present to several hundred attendees on a subject that wasn't my own, filling in for a sick colleague. Amy made sure I was fully prepared, fully briefed, fully buoyed with confidence, and - inevitable - I survived and the session was fine. She is consummately professional, extraordinarily organised, incredibly calm, and inventively creative. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
